Having trouble entering charms?

Make sure you are using your student's "lunch" ID number. If it is only four positions, add a zero (0) to the front of it.

Still having trouble entering Charms?

Try this fix for Internet Explorer

Tools > Internet Options > Content (tab)
If the content advisor says, "disable" - click it to disable.
Click "apply" to save the setting.
You may have to re-open your browser for the settings to take effect
